Gender Equality at Z Energy

We have publicly reported Z’s gender pay gap for several years now. While we are proud that our gender pay gap is lower than the 9.2% New Zealand average, addressing this is a long game. And our commitment is to get this to 0%. The key is to keep monitoring it and working on it and that’s what we are committed to doing.

Policies and initiatives like our competitive parental leave scheme, KiwiSaver offering, and salary transparency are all in service of helping us close our pay gap.
