Handle end-to-end development, from requirement gathering to delivery, of various BI and analytics projects
Take full responsibility for exiting BI platforms, ensuring 100% data correctness and reliability in an agile setup
Deploy Machine Learning techniques in the area of financial planning and sales forecasting
Work closely with various departments on data-related requests (issues, data analysis, automation)
Design and develop scalable BI solutions, enabling self-service data gathering and trend analysis for users
Able to prioritize, pushback and effectively manage a data product and sprint backlog, knowledge of Scrum project management will be a plus
Drive impactful business analysis covering different aspects of Zalora e-commerce (Retail/Marketplace)
Requirements
>1 years of work experience, preferably in the e-commerce/retail industry, fresh grads are also welcome
Background in computer science (theory, data structures, algorithms, design patterns) or data analytics
Hands-on experience with full-stack development in Python/Java would be a great advantage
Experience in building large-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines for a variety of business use cases
Good understanding of relational DB (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and MPP DB (Redshift, Big Query, etc.)
Familiarity with code deployment lifecycle using proper CI/CD and workflow management tools, such as GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Airflow in an agile environment
Experience in building impactful data visualization in Tableau or Power BI for trend analysis, troubleshooting data issues
Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure would be a huge advantage
A strong team player willing to learn new things and take full ownership of assigned projects
