Responsibilities

• Assist in collation and preparation of various Commercial buying administrative tasks.
• Managing end-to-end processes of production and product information data entries.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with various internal stakeholders.
• Partake in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Managing ad-hoc projects independently when required.
• Support brand partnerships initiatives as part of the overall regional marketing strategy
• Campaign execution and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Assist in creating marketing collaterals and launch new media solutions
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports for campaigns
• General marketing support
• Plan and manage influencer initiatives
• Provide the team with support in the development and execution of communications campaigns
• Monitor and measure outcomes 
• Document existing processes

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in both Windows, Google Workspace, and MS Office (Especially Excel - Pivot Table and Vlook up).
• Comprehensive administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Attentive to figures, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate to make an impact and learning new things!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing
• Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Results-driven with attention to detail, analytical mindset
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, with the ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
