Selection Criteria

  • Educational Background: We are looking for candidates with a degree in Human Resources Management. A solid academic foundation in HR principles is essential.
  • Relevant Experience: While fresh graduates may lack extensive experience, consider candidates who have completed internships or co-op placements in HR roles. Although having HR experience is important it is also not a deal breaker. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for an HR advisor. Looking for candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: We are seeking candidates who exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations: An understanding of labour laws, employment standards, and HR best practices is essential for an HR advisor. 
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Looking for candidates who are flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: HR involves handling confidential information and documentation. We are seeking candidates who exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
  • Team Player:  We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a collaborative mindset, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to contribute positively. 

Remuneration & Career Growth

Starting Salary (Negotiable)

  • $55,000.00
