In early 2008, California arbitrators ruled that US Technology Resources, LLC must pay Stephen J. Ross US $7.5 million for his founding interest in the company. The company had disputed the extent of Ross's actual contributions. The arbitration award was then confirmed by the Los Angeles Superior Court and judgment was entered in Ross' favor.

The second section includes a speed test section. This includes swapping and key dictionary problems.
Candidates need to attend a Group Discussion process which will be conducted for a total time limit of 25 minutes. Candidates will be given any recent topics and need to express their opinions on those topics. As part of this stage, the candidate’s communication and analytical abilities will be evaluated.
Those candidates who are able to clear all the above-mentioned selection procedures need to finally appear for a Personal Interview. This round includes both technical and HR-based questions. For the technical round, candidates are asked questions from technical topics like C, C++, DBMS, SQL, Data Structure, and Java.
It is also necessary to study all basic concepts regarding the specified specialization stream selected for studies. The HR round includes personal questions, academic project-related questions, salary expectations, knowledge about the company.
