The Building Intelligence Group Graduate Programs & Internships

  • Construction & Property Services

The Building Intelligence Group (most people call us TBIG) is 100% New Zealand-owned. 13 offices across Aotearoa put us in more places than any other PM company, giving you room to grow as your life changes.
Our people deliver great projects – it’s what we’ve done for 35 years. The reason we’ve stayed strong for so long is because we’re on a journey of continuous improvement together.

As a Graduate, straight away you’ll go onto MyPath, our supported APM programme, a planned pathway and structured programme to grow your experience. It puts you in the driving seat, but you’ll have a ‘driving instructor’ beside you – senior faces who will be hands-on with advice, guidance and next steps.

You Matter @ TBIG
You really do! We want you to have the best work stories when you’re talking with your mates because every day will be different.  You’ll have boots on the ground when you go on a site visit, you’ll contribute to meetings, soak up skills at Lunch ‘n’ Learn sessions and be part of our regular social events. You need to have some fun at work, and we encourage that.

As a Graduate, you’ll get a good starting package, but there’s more to a rewarding job than that.  While you’re working hard on your career, we’ll help with some of the smaller things – like access to a proper espresso coffee machine, lots of social times with your colleagues, and company health and well-being initiatives such as our Spring Challenge. Fancy learning basic Te Reo or upskilling around Te Tiriti o Waitangi? We give you access and time to use our bespoke Growing Stronger Learning Portal to grow personally as well as professionally.
