Pros & Cons

The friendly teams and overall environment offered to new starters.
Staff benefits, workplace culture and co-workers, interesting matters from time-to-time, work-life balance.
The people and culture. I feel like I can talk to anyone.
The people, the opportunities to travel, exposure to work above experience level.
K&L has a strong pro-bono commitment in which lawyers regularly participate in Pro-bono programs.

Some software systems feel a little outdated.
Sometimes I find myself with no work to do despite asking for work.
The logistic and technical difficulty in practically obtaining global opportunities.
The worst thing about working at the firm is not being allowed to work from home.
There is no real sense of being part of the team or firm. Everyone is out for themselves and has their own cliques.
