Speak and pitch ZEN Services with multiple hotel managers and/or owners
Write a win-win proposal
Persistently follow up on your proposals
Chat and laugh with the team and partake in the friendly team competition
Persistently negotiate on the deal
Close the sale, and figure out how to spend the boat loads of commissions earned
