We are looking for an Operations Business Analyst to transform our data and turning it into insights that matter. Reporting to OE Manager, this role is based in Zalora Warehouse, Bekasi, Indonesia. Operations Business Analysts conduct operations P&L analyses, analysing both cost structure and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits. Responsibilities:
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Conduct an Operation Budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct overall Operations Planning and monitoring
- Conduct an Operation Financial modelling
- Conduct an Operation Variance Analysis, Cost Analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from Indonesian Reputable University, and/or graduation from International University.
- At least 1-2 years of Operations analyst experience in Business/Logistics/Warehouse/CS and Manufacturing/E-commerce/Top consulting firms at the same level
- Excellent Computer literate in MS Office (excel), ERP, Database.
- Fluent in English (Active).
- Good communication skills.
- Having vision to develop business and intention to develop continuous improvement.
- Good Leadership who could motivate staff and demonstrates personnel commitment.
