Description
HSSE Admin is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with Security, Safety, and Environment Health policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Design and direct Company safety, health & Security programs
- Perform incident root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
- Conduct Risks Assessment on Warehouse, Hubs and Head Office
- Ensure compliance with all environmental. Health, safety, and security regulations
- Respond to and manage accidents, safety violations, and environmental incidents and violations
- Conducts inspections and handles emergency situations related to HSSE
- Manages the Emergency or Fire drill
- Monitoring and conduct training program for Safety
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports
Requirements :
- A university graduate, at least one year of experience in the retail industry or warehouse management environment is preferred
- Good in English both in written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as well
- High level of commitment & dedication
- Positive in work attitudes, initiative, a strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant local and international standards - Work locations in Warehouse Bekasi and Hubs
