Responsible for the end-to-end brand acquisition process. Part of this Key Process Indicators is acquiring high-value brands to join and start selling on Zalora.
Arrange and conduct business meetings and presentations with potential sellers
Support all Acquisition team activity (Internal Meeting, Reporting)
Create opportunities for platform growth by identifying new avenues for brand acquisitions.
Support new brands with onboarding team and incubation after acquisition.
Working closely with the Marketplace team and Buying team, to escalate and push new seller needs with goals to promote product optimization. Provide market insights from the brand’s perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or Brand Principle are required for this position.
Have Experience in category Kids, Moms, Toys / Beauty, Health & Accessories more preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Full professional proficiency in English, the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) especially Microsoft Excel (such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, iferror, etc)
Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, able to multitask, and cope well under pressure.
Desire to achieve results and attention to details
Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environmen
