Great pay
Graduate, Karratha - 18 Apr 2024
As a graduate the pay is generous however there is a clear lack of understanding from HR of the relevant companies to benchmark against as one moves past a graduate. Comparing us to companies that operate entirely different disciplines (subsea vs onshore) or are in entirely different segments (whilst the title is the same a service company engineer does a very different job) is baffling.

The compensation is fair and bonuses are part of our package, but these depend on company performance which can often feel out of my control due to the area I am in (outside the base business)

Pay and bonuses are good - note, annual renumeration increase was below inflation, eroding employee purchasing power in a competitive job market. This has been reflected in poor retention.
