Job Description

What should you do?

• Internal logistics flow planning based on the package & part
• Information flow & physical part flow planning
• Area request calculation、equipment calculation、manning calculation
• Purchasing for logistics facilities
• Coordinate the resource for knowledge sharing
• Logistics kinematics planning
• Logistics area planning，such as racks、floor、HBR etc.
• Replenishment & pull method planning
• Document the data & process and release it to related departments.
• New model launch management
• Lean KPI managements (Parts complexity / Stock level / Efficiency /Package etc.)

What competence should you have?

• Fluent in the logistics planning
• Excellent problem solving, data analysis, decision making, and communication skills
• Be familiar and good knowledge on information flow & part flow planning
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)/Power BI or other data handling software
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Very good communication skills
• Experience from the automotive industry is a bonus
• Positive can-do attitude, able to handle a multitude of uncertainties
• Project management experience, preferably from cross-functional and international projects
