Requirements

• Involve in delivering live sessions to a large scale of learners on 2 platforms i.e. YouTube and Unacademy App.
• Keep the session interactive, exciting, and engaging.
• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• Create and build a distribution of educational content for Unacademy on YouTube.
• Plan and implement educational activities and events.
• A candidate who Has knowledge of online teaching best practices.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is well organized and committed to the profession of Education.
• Is creative and energetic with great Presentation skills.
• Has some exposure to taking live online sessions, video-making skills, any onscreen presence will be an added advantage.
• Has any experience in vlogging; YouTube videos or theatre plays will be an added advantage

What would your typical day look like?

• Taking live classes on daily basis on YouTube and Unacademy Platform Creating high-quality and visually appealing content for your classes.
• Brainstorm with the content team on how to innovate in your sessions.
• Planning for your courses for the entire month.
• Competitor Analysis on what other YouTube channels are doing on daily basis.
