Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
Min. 2 years of experiences in handling assessment
Able to interpretation result or various psychological test
Able to identify assessment need and tools for various roles
Able to make psychological report
Good analytical thinking, communication skill, problem solving and team work
Understand competency model and able to develop matrix competency
Good command in English both verbal or Written
Excellent computer skills, including advance in using Ms.Office
