What specific positions will we be hiring for during our Recruitment Tour?
Pre-arranged positions at this fantastic outdoors resort include:
- Golf Club Concierge: Ensure member and guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. Greet and provide members and guests with information and assistance.
- Room Server: Serve food and beverage to guests in dining establishment.
- Room Service Telephone Coordinator: Receive incoming calls, take guest orders, upsell orders, take restaurant reservations after hours, record messages, help pre-set orders, and maintain stock room.
- Front Desk Agent: Ensures prompt and efficient check in and check out service. Utilises the tools available to provide guest satisfaction and proper follow through while maximising revenue to its full potential.
- Banquet House Attendant: Supports the banquet team, conference manager team and other hotel departments by completing the following: all set-up and breakdown and cleaning for meetings/events, maintaining our extensive inventory of banquet supplies
- Employee Housing Manager: Maximises occupancy of leased housing through international worker/student programs. Coordinates arrival/departure process for all employee housing residents. Works closely with the International Recruitment Manager,
- Room Service Server (May-October): Provides detailed service to guest rooms including food, wine, hospitalities, and fine dining. Must learn and understand bar service, coffee service, and luncheon service in meeting rooms.

- Ristorante Breakfast Server: Serves food and beverages to guests in dining establishment for breakfast
- Server and Host roles: These roles mean you’ll be helping guests front of house with all their food and drinks in one of the many restaurants and cafes on site
- Pool Attendant: Helping guests at the pool with towels, food and drinks
- Culinary: Prepare and portion foods for the resort’s food and beverage outlets
- Wrangler: You’ll be working at the Mountain Lodge looking after short term stay guests with everything including horse riding.
