Your KRAs are 40% topline achievement, 25% bottom line achievement, 20% Customer Experience and 15% Learning and Growth
Key deliverables are:
- Planning across various horizons (weekly to monthly). Consistently deliver 90-110% of those plans.
- Maintain the best selection of brands/ products for our customers. Ensure replication across zones for quick delivery.
- Align Joint Business Plans with brand partners. Deliver to jointly-decided sales and marketing objectives.
- Maintain inventory health of both bought-out and third-party stocks.
- Work with the Category Marketing team on Customer Acquisition and Retention efforts that are innovative, clutter-breaking and effective.
- Work to ensure that we exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint, both pre-and post-purchase. Drive key programmes to improve Customer Experience for your category.
- Participate in network projects at an organization level to secure key wins for our customers.
- Lead a team of young, driven professionals. Help develop them into our Leaders of Tomorrow.
