Assistant Team Lead - Communications Evaluator null

About the Position

We are looking for dynamic English communications specialists, who will be able to evaluate resources being onboarded at our In-House and Partner sites, on their communication ability. We need consummate professionals who have a high degree of proficiency in speaking/writing English, and who are able to identify and capture errors in spoken/written English of others. If you have the knack for correcting the spoken/written English of others around you or have been able to identify at least 5 grammatical errors in this JD, we are interested in having you on our team.

What you will do (Job Responsibilities):

• Be a part of a team of evaluators who will be the first line of filtration of resources being interviewed for different positions in Swiggy customer care.
• Constantly evolve and bring in new forms of evaluation, to ensure that we have the right fit candidate for every level.
• Create reports on the hiring pattern and give feedback to the outsourced partners, on how their center is performing in terms of hiring people with the right fit communication, and ways to be able to improve candidate throughput.
• This job role is equivalent to an Assistant Team Leader role and will report to the Training Team.

What do you need (Desired skills):

• A minimum of a Bachelors's Degree. Anything higher will be a plus. Specializing in English will be a plus.

At least 1 year in any of the following roles:

• VnA Trainer with BPOs, having cleared a T3 on VnA.
• Communications coach in BPOs.
• HR or Communications Specialist Hiring for international BPOs
• Very high attention to detail.
• Very high proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Understanding and being able to identify 

• Article errors & Prepositional errors, Subject-Verb Agreement Errors, Tense errors, Comparative Form errors, Incorrect Word Order, Colloquialisms / Indianisms
• Consonant shifts, harsh consonant sounds, vowel shifts, and swaps.
• MTI/RI.
