Perform pilot machine operation order to create new product & process portfolio to readiness for future requirement and improvement on current (i.e quality improvement, productivity, cost reduction)
Perform laboratory testing & analysis in order to promote the department by providing credible technical services
Manage department resources in order to deliver with high integrity, efficiency, reliability, value, and timeliness, including Calibration & maintenance plan of lab instrument & pilot machines. Managemen raw materials, products, spare parts, and supporting equipment
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or other related subjects
At least 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Excellent knowledge of polymer & supporting materials (additives, adhesives), material testing
Familiar with the production process in film making & packaging converting.
