- Claim Intimation
- Field Investigation
- Coordination with Vendors, National Tie-Ups, Stakeholders, Customers
- Inspection of Case allotted on ACME
- Fraud Investigation & Control
- Coordinate with Internal and External Customers
- Manage Customer Response Time
- Minimize Case Closure TAT
- Minimize Customer Complaints
- Submit Final Investigation Report
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers will be considered
- BTech, BE, Diploma (in Mechanical or Automobile) / Min 0-3 years Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Prior experience in Dealership / Body Shop Advisor / Workshop or in Automobile Industry is preferred
