Responsibilities

• The job holder will mainly be responsible to lead the team to achieve excellent services. The job holder has also been delegated with other prescribed roles & responsibilities stated below. The job holder will report directly to CMS Manager.
• Assist Manager to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers by meeting the prescribed objective and goals.
• Assist to Manager to pass all the audits & adhere with Pay Net / Regulatory requirement.
• Contribute towards the future strategic direction and process innovation of Collection by keeping abreast of changes in customer needs, technology and business environment and taking pro-active steps to embrace and capitalize on these changes.
• Vendor Management (internally & externally)
• Client Journey: Key Client monitoring and escalation
• Operational Risk and Audit: Identify the possibility of process gaps and rectify it immediately
• Daily administration task and dept reporting
• Daily reconciliation on GL
• Run daily operations for Collections, Payment & pre-processing
• Ensure due care and diligence is exercised all day’s operational matters relating to Money Laundering and KYC, acquiring relevant knowledge and training; thus, providing support to superiors and subordinates.
• Conforming and adhering to the Team’s risk profile, by following the guidelines/ Policies/ procedures stipulated for Operation Losses, Escalation Procedures, CMO Policies, and reconciliation of outstanding items for FCY, GPBS, Direct Debit, LCY, RC+/e-Ops scanning, STS and end of day reports.

Requirements

• Should be Diploma Holder and above
• Complete all mandatory e-learning Bank training
• English and Malay Language is preferred
