  • MedSpecialized is a company that values its employees and I love how the company incorporates work-life balance in its values.
  • Friendly, relatable employees who have shared interests and really have your back. Upper management may naturally be strict at times, but they are also very understanding and really make an effort to show their employees they care.
  • Not too many opportunities to develop other skills
  • Just like any other company, MedSpecialized has areas that can be improved on.
  • The workload can be a bit heavy, but I am also still adjusting and getting familiar with how things are done.

The company is very good when dealing with diversity. Aside from it having offices from different parts of the world, it is also very considerate in other areas. For example, during parties, they take into account religion in determining what kind of food is going to be served. The company is also very supportive of the members of the LGBTQ community. As a trainer, I can see how detail-oriented the programme can be. We're encouraged to keep our errors at a minimum, and errors that are found should be quickly removed.

For my role, the company allows me to be flexible with my schedule. I am able to choose when I come in (as long as it's not very late) provided that I work the full 8 hours of my shift. I also have the option to extend my breaks if there's a need
